Texture

This is my favorite photo of my collection. I am calling this project, Brick Path because it looks like a gravel path through the bricks. The subject is an abstract photo based off of bricks. I chose to create this specific work to show texture of things up close. I use techniques like zoom when taking this photo. While creating this photo, I paid close attention to keeping the lines straight and centered where I wanted them. I wanted to make my photo look textured and I did that by zooming in close on the bricks. To add interest to my composition, I used balance and color. I like the way the yellow pebbles stand out. If i created another photo like this I probably wouldn't change anything. My photo shows that I learned texture.
