This year in art I had a good time. Art class is pretty laid back and breaks up the day. I Enjoyed when we did sculptures and 3D stuff like the sgraffito tile, assemblage sculpture and the linoleum prints. I struggled with stuff like painting and drawing because I haven’t learned the techniques yet and have hard time with proportions. I also struggled with artist statements because they are boring and I don’t like them. Also with finishing projects because I would get distracted. I am most proud of my assemblage sculpture because it came out way better than I thought it would. I really like how the paint chips look and how it has solid colors instead of faded colors like the real thing. I met the standard because my first art projects were simple and bad. I now put backgrounds and balance my projects. I started making art about things I enjoy and like. I made the camping ones and the Jeep one because I want one.
