siluetes

The subjects of my suiuetes are persons hallways and skeletons, all the pictures were taken in the high school, and I edit them using photoshop and photos , I played with the colors and the compositions and the textures and I tried to use extremes to create a more contrasted effect.

I took the pictures with my camera and phone.

By creating this images I wanted to speak about a the death with the mysterious that in evolves it, and even if cultures tend to associate death with white or black I also wanted to include others bright colors like blue or pink. I think the hall project is unificated by the silhouettes but also by the colors and type of shapes.

I used low key lighting, informal and formal balances to put a mysterious veil over them.

When I was editing the images I had to change the contrast and black point for making them compete silhouettes.

The meaning behind this project is the connection between life death in life, also in the architecture (I wanted to make look the building with ost life and see how sad it is).

I took this images dooring halloween, so I was inspired by the death theme.
