You will be using a VERY Cool (free) computer application called 'West Point Bridge Designer'.
This application allows you to create a virtual bridge and then test it by driving a truck over it. After you have a working bridge, you will need to improve your design in one of two ways.
1 - Improve the initial design until the truck is able to make it across the bridge.
2- Refine the design to reduce the overall cost of the bridge.
Make sure that you save it into your teachers folder.
If your file is not labeled in the following way, it's probably not going to get graded!
Q3 (the quarter of the year that you are in Tech Ed)
P4 (Which period of the day it is.)
Your FULL name! (There might be more than 1 Joe, or Jessica in class)
For Example:
Q2 P4 Joe Moummie
