Universal Classroom Mindfulness Lessons: St. Teresa continues to provide daily mindfulness opportunities for students in their classrooms, small groups and one on one. For the month of March our school's focus is on the importance of prayer and guided mediation in our lives. Please scroll down this page to find more ideas for home on both of these topics.
Grade 5 Transitions to Middle School: Over the next few months we will be sharing more information with parents about transitions to Middle School. Our Counselling Team works closely with all middle schools in Red Deer to ensure families have the information to help with this time of change. Keep your eye out for more information & please contact us with any questions.
Look under parenting resources for information about screen time and digital wellness.
