Edison Tech High School welcomed the class 2026 and all of its scholars for the start of the new school year. Excited freshman found schedules and began to experience Career Tech Education Classes (CTE) for the first time. Sophomores made their way to their first CTE class in their chosen pathway rotation. The Juniors were pumped up about starting their year off with their selected CTE Major Program of study. As the Seniors made their way to class there was talk of internships, co-op, and job shadowing. Its going to be a very exciting school year for all of our Inventors.

Edison Tech High Schools Construction Pathway teachers will be working with RCSD elementary schools to create raised vegetable gardens. The Construction teachers have created a plan to manufacture and design the garden beds for each school at Edison. These garden beds will serve as a learning opportunity for both Edison students and elementary students. Once completed the Edison students will install them at the elementary schools. There they will serve as a learning experience as students watch and learn the biology behind farming while also learning about healthy food options
