The first-ever transformer, the AirCar was created by Stefan Klein in Slovakia. On the website CNN, it talks about how this vehicle is a hybrid of a sports car and a plane. The body itself resembles and functions as a sports car. However, the outside has a tail flap, wings, and a rotor for flying. While it functions like a normal car on the ground, when you are ready to fly, simply push a lever and watch as the tail flap extends back and two side panels open, allowing the two wings to unfold from inside the car. As you are driving the rotor on the back of the car starts to spin to help you reach the speed necessary to fly. Once there all you need to do is pull down on the steering wheel to lift off. When you make it to the air, you use the steering wheel to move around, like you would if you were flying a normal plane. When you want to go back to driving, you pull up on the steering wheel, angling the transformer at the ground until you touch down. When you land, there is a button that allows the wings of the car to fold back in and have the tail flap retract into the car to make the spoiler. Since these are newly invented hybrids they are very rare and expensive. Because it is both a car and a plane, you are required to have both a pilot's license and a driver's license to own and operate the AirCar.
