Concern:
The consumer has a combined PrettyPlease and PrettyLitter membership and is still inside the 30-day trial period. Cx wants to end their subscription and get a refund for her purchases. Should we immediately accept it and consider processing a full refund for both?
Resolution:
We can only process a full refund on the PrettyLitter bag/s since it is under the 30-day risk-free offer.
For the PrettyPlease bag/s, Refund requests will be considered for first-time food orders purchased from PrettyLitter.com within 14 days of a confirmed delivery.
If the food is received past 14 days, no more refund or return approval. Please educate the customer about the return and refund policy, which can be found HERE. We also suggest keeping or donating the bags to their local animal pet shelter.
If they already used the PP bags, educate them and refer them to the policy on the website. No refund.
NOTE:
If the customer STILL insists on a refund and the PP bag is unopened then we need to ask for your team lead's approval. It will be the team's discretion if they approve a one-time courtesy of refunding the food item in full- as a part of our make-good procedure.

8. For any approved Return Label beyond 30 days - That will fall under the 14 day mark: Process full refund once package is received by the WAREHOUSE.
9. We DON’T offer return label for customers living in Hawaii/Alaska or US Territories- Because shipping fees is expensive. If they are within 30 days. Refund the order in full. No need to return the unused bags, advice to keep or donate.
10. Update regarding our refund spiel, Please use 5-7 business days when informing the customer about their refund moving forward.
11. We should always put the NEW REFUND AND RETURN POLICY into practice.
12. CSRs should not opt to offer 30% or 40% or any partial refunds PERIOD.
