One-Person Talking Policy
To ensure an effective and respectful learning environment, the following One-Person Talking Policy must be observed inside the training room:
Respect the Speaker – Only one person should speak at a time. When someone is talking, others should listen attentively without interrupting.
Raise Your Hand – If you wish to speak or ask a question, signal by raising your hand and wait for the trainer’s acknowledgment.
Trainer’s Discretion – The trainer reserves the right to manage discussions and designate speaking turns as needed.
Active Listening – Participants are encouraged to listen actively, take notes, and wait for their turn to contribute.
No Side Conversations – Avoid whispering or engaging in separate discussions while someone else is speaking.
Maintain Professionalism – Speak in a clear, respectful manner, and ensure that contributions are relevant to the topic.

To ensure safety, organization, and an optimal learning environment, bags of any kind are not permitted inside the training room.

ROOM TEMPERATURE
The air conditioning system in the office is designated for maintaining optimal temperatures for equipment operation. It is not intended for personal comfort. Employees should refrain from adjusting the temperature settings for personal use and ensure that cooling remains focused on protecting essential office equipment.
Employees are permitted to bring their own blankets or jackets for personal comfort, as the office temperature settings cannot be adjusted. However, personal items should not:
Pose a safety hazard or obstruct walkways.
Have inappropriate or offensive designs.
Interfere with the professional work environment.
Restricted Websites
Trainees are strictly prohibited from accessing websites that are not related to their training program during training hours. This includes but is not limited to social media, entertainment, online shopping, and personal email services.
Professional Courtesy and Politeness
We are expected to maintain a high level of politeness and professionalism in all interactions, especially when communicating with managers, supervisors, clients, and colleagues. This includes greeting politely, using respectful language, active listening, and maintaining a positive and constructive tone in verbal and written communications. Professional courtesy fosters a collaborative and respectful work environment.
