Overview
Recently, an Upcoming Order Reminder banner was added into the Order Confirmation Email for customers which allowed them to update their notification preferences so they can receive upcoming order reminders for their subscriptions. Customers who opt-in will get a reminder email 5-7 days before their next renewal is scheduled to process.
What's New
Additional Upcoming Order Reminder Opt-in Options are now LIVE for customers in our Checkout Page (Screenshot 1) and in the Customer Portal Email Preferences Page (Screenshot 2).
Our macros have also been updated so Upcoming Order Reminders is socialized more proactively when talking to customers
