Ottawa Logistics can default a certain carrier for future deliveries. This means that customers can select a preferred shipping carrier for their shipments.
This option is only for orders that are fulfilled by our Canada warehouse. This pertains to:

✅Cross-border US orders fulfilled by Ottawa Logistics

I understand you requested to have all future PrettyLitter orders shipped through a different carrier. We hope there are no extenuating circumstances impacting your delivery relationship with FedEx.
PrettyLitter does not offer preferred carrier shipping options currently. Our system is automated using a network of carriers to provide the fastest, most reliable service for our cat community at the time an order is processed.
PrettyLitter is available at your local Target or Walmart stores, as well as Chewy.com, in case these options offer any more flexibility or convenience for you.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed and we will get you taken care of right away to avoid any future billing or shipments.
