Career Questionnaires/Quizzes

For anyone not sure what they want to do as a career, then the following quizzes and planners are a great way to generate some ideas. Generally they ask a series of questions and based on your answers will produce a list of jobs that may be of interest. They are not telling you that you should do the jobs, just that they are ones worth exploring in more detail.

    • This is a great website and easy to use. Complete the 4 sections in "About Me" on the left of the page to get some career ideas. 

  • Skills Health Check

    • the National Careers Service offers this Skills Health Check which contains a set of quizzes to help you think about what sort of job you would like to do.

  • Prospects Planner

    • aimed at people who are going to, or at, university or who already have a degree.

  • UCAS Career quiz

    • Get matched to jobs and see what courses previous students studied to get there.
