Career

Jacoby McCabe Ellsbury was the first American indigenous person of Navajo descent to play Major League Baseball. In his life he has played for many teams in the United States such as the MLB for the "Boston Red Sox from 2007 through 2013 and then played for the New York Yankees from 2014 to 2017. Along with this An enrolled member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes. " (wikipedia). The reason why I am interested in this role model is due to him playing for my home city Boston, and being a minority who cane thrive in this city is so inspiring to see he inspires other minority to take their chance!
