Artist Statement/Bio
Livy Hitchcock has been painting Pastels since 1972. She began her painting career in Vermont. In 2004, she and her husband moved to St John , USVI where they bought an art gallery ( Bajo el Sol Gallery) which they owned until 2016. They moved to Wilmington NC in 2017, after evacuating from Hurricane Irma. Livy has an art studio at the ArtWorks.
