Volunteering

The school values the contribution of parents. We see parents as partners in the education of the students and understand that home, school and community each play a key role in the development of children. Parents may wish to contribute to the school as follows:

• Guest speaker: Parents who have a special skill that may be of interest and benefit our students may be invited to join a class for a lesson or activity.

• School committee: At times, we will send an invitation for parents to join a school committee with teachers and staff to share ideas and discuss various matters such as Health and Safety committee, child protection committee, school accreditation, etc.

• After-School Clubs: In August, parents will receive an invitation to submit the plans for an after-school club they would personally like to offer.
