Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

We care about your personal data in terms of using and keeping parents’ and students’ sensitive or private information safe under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The school will not release private information of parents and students to any individuals or groups.

YOUR CHILD AND SCHOOL PUBLICATIONS

From time to time, the school will take photographs and film, which may include your child. These may appear in print, voice-over, or electronic format, such as on publicity materials, the school website, social networking services, press releases or newsletters. Your child’s full name will never accompany such images for safety reasons. By signing the school’s terms and conditions, you permit the school to take and publish such images, audio and video. If you prefer that your child is not used in such material, please notify the School Office in writing.

The Panyaden International School logo and any other official school branding may not be used without written permission from the school.
