Grace is a passionate development practitioner committed to improving people’s lives in communities by leveraging her expertise in project management, community mobilisation, and capacity building.  She is also advocate for social change in Nigeria, focusing on girls' education.  She runs a project in Rivers State, Nigeria, that reaches school-age girls by providing a platform for menstrual education and training on making reusable menstrual products to promote quality education and educational equality in communities.
