Sint-Niklaas
Sint-Niklaas
For the first morning we went to the school OLVP in Sint-Niklaas. We played some games here to get to know each other a little better. For lunch we stayed at school and got to know the school and the students. In the afternoon we played a citygame in Sint-Niklaas. Everyone was divided into groups and needed to walk around. There were 5 stops at important places that were linked with WOI. The students needed to play some games at every stop and earned something. With that they could win some food.

On tuesday morning we worked on or avatars and on the website.
In the evening we went to the 'Burgerij'. After the dinner we went to the roof of the MAS. The MAS is an iconic museum in Antwerp.

We rode our bikes through Flanders Fields, starting in Ypres and ending in Diksmuide at the Iron Tower.

These graves are in honor of the British soldiers who died during the World War I.

Throughout the ride we visited multiple monuments which each played a role in World War I.
Evening
Evening
In the evening the ones who dared went swimming in the Nord Sea and afterwards we got some free time to explore the city of De Panne.

When we arrived in De Panne we first had to walk to get to our Youth Hostel where we were staying.

On thursday morning we made our own games in 8 groups.
In the afternoon we played the games with everybody and with the OKAN-students.
