Plan for Your Dysregulation

It's a great idea to come up with a plan for potential moments of dysregulation in yourself. What are some behaviors you personally become triggered/dysregulated by? What steps can you take in those moments to maintain a sense of calm? And what is your plan if you cannot get to the green pathway in that moment? Here are a couple tools to get you started:
