Interoception

This is a great book to use to teach kids about the different sensations in their bodies. Sensations underly emotions, and in order to identify emotions you must first be able to identify the sensations underneath. Example: I feel jumpy in my chest / I feel butterflies in my stomach / My face feels hot / I feel deflated like a balloon.
