Dear Families,

Thank you for choosing to start your child's learning journey at Woodberry Down Primary School! Some of the children have settled in quickly and some still need encouraging, but soon enough all the children will be confident and ready to explore the Nursery setting independently. 

In order to help your child to settle in we ask that you continue to talk to them about all the new and exciting learning experiences they will have, such as making friends and trying different activities but most importantly remind them that you will be there at the end of the session ready to collect them on time and hear all about their day. We also ask that you allow your child to walk in to the class by themselves to foster independence and personal responsibility hanging up their coats and bags on their pegs. 

Our dedicated staff are here to support your children and help them to become happy little learners. Please feel free to talk to us at an appropriate time and we will be delighted to support you however we can.
