Week ending
Friday 7th June, 2024
Hello Families!
The children have returned to school brilliantly and we've had a lot of fun exploring the curious question, ' What animals live on a farm?'
We've named animals that live on a farm. described animals that live on a farm. and begun to recognise the noises that animals on a farm make. Ask us about our keywords! Our cooking this week was linked to the Three Little Pigs traditional tale and the children enjoyed mixing, rolling and shaping bread dough into the sticks and straw that the pigs built their homes with! They also returned to their previously learned knife skills and made a cucumber and yoghurt dip. Yummy!
We're are excited and proud to have sent home our letters for Gruffalo's Picnic sessions for all Ready-for-Reception children. There will be 3 different invitations, depending on the details on your child's letter.
You will also have received a letter about our Nursery Sports Day, which is held in Finsbury Park (J Mets side). We would love for as many families as possible to come along, walk with us from school and enjoy a lovely morning together (21st June).
We hope that you all enjoy a sunny and restful weekend!
Best wishes,
The Nursery Team
