Agreements Team Meeting Notes

The Agreements Team at AA2 has established a comprehensive system to document crucial meeting outcomes that may have an impact on our processes as Agreement Managers or the overall Partnership creation process. Enclosed below are key notes taken by a member of our Agreements Team that undergo regular updates, typically on a monthly basis or as frequent as the meetings occur. Additional details for each note are provided.

Partnerships Community of Practice (PCOP) - (Cody W.)

• In addition to the yearly gathering, the PCOP schedules monthly tag-up meetings and may organize forums as necessary. Led by the NASA Partnership Office within the HQ Mission Support Directorate, PCOP fosters collaborative learning and enhances processes by sharing information on partnerships, exchanging best practices, and contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements. 

2023 NASA PCOP F2F Meeting - (All)

• The PCOP convenes annually to facilitate training sessions, conduct workshops, host roundtable discussions, and deliberate on pertinent issues concerning the partnerships community.  These notes are from the latest meeting in October 2023.

PAM Cyber Café - (Brittnie C.)

• Organized and led by Greg Brenner and his team, this meeting is designed to address any PAM-related questions, offer tutorials, and facilitate discussions on the PAM system.

PAM Successor Working Group - (Collin H.)

• This meeting discusses the current PAM System and provides an opportunity for PAM users to collaborate and explore potential alternative solutions to enhance future systems.

Interagency Partnership Liaison Meeting (IPL) - (Ary G.)

• Lead by Margret Kieffer, the IPL meeting allows the Center to bring forward any Interagency items that they feel OIIR should be made aware of in the future.
