Step 2: Search for your agreement in “Agreements in Progress” and click Create Routing Package.
Step 3: Enter a comment for the reviewers. Ex: “Please review and concur”. Then, click “Save & Continue”
Step 4: You will be redirected to an external page. Review your comment and select “Save & Next Step” on the bottom right hand corner.
Step 5: Select “Add Routing Template”.
Step 6: Select the type of routing template that best describes your agreement.
Step 7: After you double check the reviewers in your template, make sure that all of the required reviewers are added to the routing list. If not, click “Add/Edit Reviewer” and search their first and last name into the fields. For general SAA’s the list of reviewers necessary are 1) your assigned attorney for this agreement 2) list of OCFO accountants. If an agreement involves the center director you will need to include Dr. Eileen Stansbery and Nicholas Skytland as CC's. Step 8: Once you have necessary reviewers added, continue to “Save & Next Step”.
Step 9: PAM will automatically generate the files to the reviewers. Continue to “Save & Next Step”.
Step 10: Review the distribution options and assure that all of the information is correct.
Step 11: Submit your routing package. You can keep track of the progress in PAM under “Browse All Routing Packages''. You will also receive an email notification when the routing package is complete.
Step 12: Once you receive an email notice that your PAM Routing package is complete, make sure to review any comments that may have been left by the reviewers.
Step 13: If there are no comments, proceed to the signature process.
