Am I Ready to Start an Agreement?
To initiate an agreement, you will need to identify four essential components:
Need and Scope: Clearly define the purpose and objectives of your agreement. Identify the specific requirements and expectations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project. Prepare to provide legal justification for any partnership pursuits.
NASA Technical Point of Contact: Identify a designated NASA representative who will guide you through the technical aspects of the agreement. This expert will provide valuable insights and support throughout the collaboration.
Partner Technical Point of Contact: Designate a knowledgeable representative from the Partner organization who will serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and coordination with NASA. This individual will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Agreement Manager: Appoint an agreement manager who will oversee the entire agreement process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. This person will coordinate and manage the administrative aspects, timelines, and documentation required for a successful agreement.
