What Is the AA2 Agreements Spreadsheet?
This spreadsheet is utilized by the Agreements Team at AA2 to monitor all In Progress, Active, and Executed Space Act Agreements. Through this spreadsheet, our team can extract data and metrics that encompass the entire Space Act Agreements process.
Metrics and Data Reports
The AA2 Spreadsheet can generate data on the time taken between all stages of the Space Act Agreements process, including handoffs between Agreement Managers, NASA Technical Points of Contact, Partner TPOCs, JSC legal, and CFO. This data enables us to identify and address areas of concern, leading to a significant reduction in our agreements execution time.
Pulling Reports
This spreadsheet provides the capability to generate reports on all Space Act Agreements currently in progress with our Agreements Team. Reports can be extracted from this sheet using Filtered Views, allowing for specificity in criteria such as org codes, Agreement Manager name, funding classification, and various other categories. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on navigating filtered views.
Assuming we need a report to display all Reimbursable agreements currently In Work, start by opening the sheet in a new tab. Then, hover over the "Data" option in the toolbar.
Locate "Filter Views" and select "Create New Temporary Filter View."
Hover over the column containing the desired information; in this case, we are looking for a report to include funding classification, so we will be using column J.
Locate the green lines in the bottom right-hand corner of the cell and select it.
Select "Clear" to deselect all the fields that are not being filtered.
Select the desired field. In our case, we are looking for "Reimbursable In Work" agreements, so we will choose "Reimbursable."
Afterward, click the green "Ok" button at the bottom of the drop-down.
Once you click "Ok," you will be able to view only the "Reimbursable In Work" agreements.
A copy can be made of this sheet without disturbing or modifying any information for any other user or viewer.
Filtered views are not permanent. To return to the original page, click on the "X" at the upper right-hand corner of your screen, located just below the yellow Tips button.
