As you initiate the signature process, please review this document that details the Center Director's Delegation of Signature Authority.
Whose Signature Do I Need?
Space Act Agreements will necessitate signatures from either JSC's Center Director or specific JSC Organizational Directors. In case a signature is required from the JSC Center Director, please refer to the ECCO process outlined below.
If you have an engineering agreement with EA or any of its orgs, please contact Mary Vantino for assistance in obtaining a signature.
If you are unsure about the signatory, please contact Collin Hieger for clarification.
EA Signature Request Template:
Different organizations frequently follow distinct signature processes. This template serves as a general guide for requesting a signature from EA.
The ECCO process is only used when a signature from the Center Director is required.
Please visit the ECCO SharePoint for assistance on how to submit a signature package to ECCO. If your document is required by a certain date, please make that note in your e-mail. However, please anticipate a minimum of 5 business days for all correspondence being signed by the Center Director Office.
