What Is PAM?
The Partnership Agreements Maker (PAM) is NASA's internal (Inside NASA) tool and official repository of record for the storage of all such agreements (pursuant to NPD 1050.1). PAM is used for the drafting and electronic routing of Agency partnership agreements, except international and classified agreements as well as unclassified domestic and international agreement abstracts and is a resource for performing searches and generating reports in regard to the Agency's portfolio of domestic unclassified agreements.
The site reference is: https://pam.nasa.gov.
How Do I access PAM?
The Partnership Agreement Maker is accessed by NAMS request. For help on how to submit a NAMS Request, reach out to Collin Hieger.
What training is available to me on how to start an agreement?
There are two core tracks in SATERN that aid in starting an agreement: Explore Partnerships (six modules) and Partnership Agreement Maker System Training (four modules.)
Explore Partnerships: Modules 1-6
The PAM Cyber Café is a dedicated space for addressing PAM-related inquiries, offering signature tutorials, and facilitating discussions about the PAM system. This is hosted by the PAM curator, Gregory Brenner, and his team.
