- Want us to stress innovation, students/profs as agents of change
- Marketing needs to celebrate stories in academic affairs. Our external presence does not capture that
- Wants us far more connected to the surrounding urban area
- Students graduating here must be flexible/adaptable thinkers, not just content experts in one area
- Curriculum should look to have students produce a capstone learning portfolio – broad reflection of what they’ve gained
- Must keep face-to-face, otherwise we become a poorer version of U of C
- In five years we should strive to be a place that champions risk and innovation
- On indigenization, work to decolonize the curriculum
