- Indigenization: this is critical, trying to ensure that this happens in meaningful and sustainable ways
- Partnerships important to our department; schools want to work with us as we are viewed as community based and responsive
- Class size - “Reasonable (32?) student-faculty ratio is sustainable”
- Need practicum caps of 12 so students don’t slip through the cracks
- Internationalization - need higher language competency in professional program like Education where they are expected to be language models in the schools
- Post BA certificates - need PD for teachers beyond school-based PD and department level oversight to ensure quality
