- Develop a framework around class size that takes into account different approaches/areas
- Consider a framework around the importance of incorporating undergraduate research
- Innovate but do not lose the essence of what made Mount Royal strong
- Need to prioritize what we are going to focus on
- Incorporate internationalized curriculum
- Maintain the targets in the Institutional Strategic Plan
- Utilize Credit extension
- List new degrees that we are committed to pass
- Affirm the importance – including for promotion – of service as well as teaching and research
- Ensure that teaching and research are viewed as complementary
- Hiring should also factor in sustainability (TSS and TS)
- Need to address learning outcomes, namely at the discipline (not institutional) level.
