Get to know Mr. Guske!

What classes do you teach? 

Mr. Guske teaches both Psychology CP and AP as well as AP Economics. 

What’s your favorite class to teach? 

His favorite class to teach is Economics because he enjoys talking and teaching about finance, allowing the students on campus to understand how the economy operates. 

How long have you been teaching at MHS? 

Mr. Guske has been teaching on this campus at Moorpark High School for around seven to eight years. 

What did you study in college? 

He studied political science with a Masters in American studies. He studied at both UC Davis and Pepperdine University. 

What has been the funniest thing that has happened during your years of teaching? 

He finds it hilarious when his students call him Mr. Bodjanac, another teacher on campus. From Mr Guske himself, he believes that he is taller, has more hair, and a better beard than Mr. Bodjanac. 

What is an interesting fact about yourself? 

When he was younger, Mr. Guske wanted to play the trumpet in a jazz band.
