A Message from Mrs. Wunderlich & Reagan Staff
Dear Families,
That's a wrap on our Fun Run! The Reagan community completely blew us away again!
Together, we have raised $47,222 so far! We met our school goal, and students are looking forward to the Fun Run today and the dunk tanks next week!
An event of this magnitude could not have been possible if it were not for all of our wonderful parent volunteers, supporters at home and from afar, and, of course, our amazing teachers!

Employee of the Month: A Celebration at Reagan!
Earlier this week, we were able to recognize Mrs. Sandy Fortney as Millard's Classified Staff Member Employee of the Month! If you know Mrs. Fortney, you know how incredibly deserving she is!
Mrs. Fortney supports many students here at Reagan. Her positive light shines wherever she goes. We are fortunate to have her, and are excited to help her celebrate this well-deserved recognition.

September Student with Heart
Students have been caught exhibiting kindness throughout the building!
This month our Student with Heart goal is KINDNESS!
For the month of September, the Reagan staff is spending time teaching the character trait of kindness. Students are participating in kindness morning meetings, acknowledging their peers who are exhibiting kindness, and finding ways to show kindness to others throughout the school day.
Please return all Student with Heart signs from the 2022-2023 school year!

Health Screenings
Reagan Elementary School will be performing non-diagnostic health screens to students in grades first through fourth grade in accordance with the Nebraska State Statute, #173 NAC 7. The purpose of the screening is to identify any possible health concerns and provide feedback to the student’s parents/guardians for follow-up. The screenings measure the following: height, hearing, vision, weight, and dental health. This screening will take place September 21st, at Reagan Elementary School. If you do not wish for your child to be screened, please contact 402-715-7101 or email your school healthcare provider, Kristin Harms, at ksharms@mpsomaha.org. If any student’s screening reveals a concern, the parent/guardians will be notified within 30 days.
