We hope that you are enjoying your summer break! This month's newsletter touches on brief information about this summer and back-to-school dates. Our office staff will return to the building on Tuesday, August 1st.
You can expect another newsletter towards the end of July that will include more details about the new school year and information from Parents with Heart.

Reagan Community Calendar
We have a Google Calendar for our community to view. As a school team, we will keep the calendar as up to date as possible for your convenience. You may access the calendar using this link. Feel free to bookmark it, add it to your Google Calendar, and use the scroll function on the right side to see more events.
This calendar will include (the list below is not all-encompassing):
MPS Calendar Information (No School, End of the Quarter, etc.)
Reagan School Dates and Events (Field Trips, Special Celebrations)
Reagan Community Meetings and Events (Parents with Heart, School Improvement Team)
Summer Library at Reagan
Join us on Tuesdays from 9-11 for our summer library at Reagan! Students can check out books weekly to read throughout the summer.
Note: There will not be summer library on July 4. Enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Our final summer library will be on Tuesday, July 25.
Classroom Teacher Assignments
Your child's homeroom classroom teacher will email you on Friday, August 4th at 4 PM.
If you do not receive a welcome email, your child/children's Online Registration is incomplete, and they have not been assigned a teacher. Please contact Mrs. McCauley if you have any questions regarding registration at mdmccauley@mpsomaha.org.
Teacher assignments are based on many factors including academic need, a blending of students, and gender balance. Following these considerations, placement is assigned. We have great teachers, supportive parents, and wonderful kids.
Please know much thought has been given to the placement of each child.

Extended Deadline: Sunday, June 25th
If you purchase your school supplies through EPI school supply packs, these will be ready for you in your child's classroom at Open House in August.
