Staff Appreciation

We are so fortunate to have a talented and dedicated staff here at Cottonwood! Our classroom teachers, specialists, support staff, cooks, and custodial staff work hard every day to ensure our school is a safe, clean and positive environment to learn.

In your Friday Folders today, you will see a colored notecard for your child. The Parent Pride Committee would like your child to select a staff member who is special to them and send him/her a thoughtful message or picture. Please address the envelope with the staff member's name and return them to the office by next Friday, March 1st. The Parent Pride committee will distribute the messages during Staff Apprecication Week on March 4th-8th.

Conferences

Conferences are just around the corner. The electronic sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences is now open. The window for sign up will close on March 7th. Detailed sign up directions are posted below. If you have any questions or troubles signing up, please contact our office at 402.715.1390 for assistance.

Conferences will take place on:

Monday, March 11th & 12th 4:15-8:15 pm

Monday, March 18th . 1:00-4:00 pm

Conference Times available for Band and Orchestra

Mrs. Brown (Orchestra). March 12th from 6:15-8:00.

Mr. Breither (Band). March 12th from 4:15-6:00

There is no school for student on:

March 14th-18th

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration is now underway. If you have a student who will be a kindergartener next year, you may now register. Please spread the word to neighbors who may have a child who is kindergarten age.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Scheduling a Conference in Synergy

Log into your synergy account. Synergy Link
At the top of the page you should see a picture of your child/children. Use drop down toggle to select the student you want to schedule a conference for. Then follow the directions below staring with #2.

If you are scheduling for more than one student, go to the top left (where student picture is) toggle to the next student.

Repeat process. If you are having difficulties scheduling conferences, please contact our office at 402-715-1390.

Conference Online sign up will close at the end of the day on Thursday, March 7th.

The Parent Pride Committee is accepting donations to help make the week extra special for the awesome Cottonwood Staff! If you are looking for an easy way to donate, you can Venmo Jenni Shreck at the QR code provided or @Jenni-Shreck. All donations will go directly to the Teacher Appreciation Week fund.
