The Class Committee is one of the important avenues of student leadership in TJC. The Class Committee Leaders are important in rallying the class together to build a strong sense of teamship within and across classes. Class Committee members are also paramount in upholding high standards of conduct through their effective role modelling. 

We aim to mould leaders who proudly lead and serve their class with passion, and in turn contribute to a dynamic and vibrant student landscape. Our programme enables the Class Committee Leaders to be directly involved in planning, teamwork and effective execution of various school-related functions. Each Class Committee is led by the Class Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. The Class Committee comprises students who serve as Peer Support Leaders, Physical Health Champions, Aesthetics Advocates, Citizenship Ambassadors and Eco-Champions.  Depending on the roles and responsibilities of the students, they are provided with targeted and customized leadership development opportunities and training sessions to enable them to discharge their responsibilities well. The Class Committee also organizes the annual Staff Day Concert. 

The College hosted its inaugural Class Leaders Induction Ceremony to give recognition to our Class Leaders, and to officially initiate them into their roles as part of the bigger Student Leadership community. Each class committee is comprised of  a 1 Class Chairperson, 1 Vice Chairpersons, 2 Citizenship Ambassadors, 2 Physical Health Champions, 1 Aesthetics Advocate and up to 3 Peer Support Leaders.
