“For College, For Nation” encapsulates the founding philosophy of Temasek Junior College (TJC). Conceptualised originally in Mandarin as “为国家，为学院”, it emphasises the important role that the College plays in educating young people who serve the country as good and upright citizens, and who give back to the College and the community.
