PE Open Classroom

1. Synopsis

To prepare the Secondary Three students for the upcoming OBS Camp, we will be cooking Bee Hoon soup in an outdoor setting using portable stoves and utensils. Students will learn to cook confidently and safely while managing potential hazards while cooking.

3. Assessment for Learning

Students will work in pairs using a task card and a checklist which allows the teacher to monitor the students’ pace and ability to complete the task step by step.
