Self Care

Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional and physical health. It is not selfish. It is vital to maintain a healthy and humble life.

The best form of self care can be to make time for yourself. Sometimes the world around us can become quite overwhelming and that is OK. Once a week, or every day if needed, try and plan a little section of the day for yourself. Put comfy clothes on, get your favourite food, put your phone down and just relax. Have a shower/bath, put a facemask on, sit on your bed and just breathe.
