In 2017 we began working through 21 aspects of online safety policy and practice at our school to become a 360safecymru accredited school the chart below shows our current progress.

The Green line is our most recent review from June 2022, the Blue line is the national level and the red is the target to achieve accreditation.

We have exceeded the national average and are close to becoming accredited.

Internet safety is delivered at Maeswgyn via our ICT curriculum and across the whole school as part of the DCF (Digital Competency Framework).

As a school we also take part in SID (Safer Internet Day) in partnership with the UK Safer Internet Centre during the month of February.
