Little Owl

For this project, students will draw an owl, sitting on a tree branch at night. We will emphasize composition, use of lines and shapes, texture and the crayon resist technique. They will need:

• white paper

• pencil and eraser

• crayons, including black and white

• watercolor paints

As always, students can substitute these for supplies they have available.
