5.1 – Solving Systems of Linear Equations by Graphing
Students will solve systems of linear equations by graphing and determine whether a system has one solution, no solution, or infinitely many solutions (A.5E).
5.2 – Solving Systems of Linear Equations by Substitution
Students will solve systems of linear equations using substitution and justify their solutions algebraically and graphically (A.5E).
5.3 – Solving Systems of Linear Equations by Elimination
Students will solve systems of linear equations using the elimination method, including multiplying one or both equations as needed to create opposite coefficients (A.5E).
5.6 – Linear Inequalities in Two Variables
Students will write and graph linear inequalities in two variables and interpret the meaning of solutions in context (A.6D).
5.7a – Systems of Linear Inequalities
Students will solve systems of inequalities graphically and identify solution regions that satisfy both conditions (A.6D).
5.7b – Word Problems
Students will model and solve real-world problems using systems of linear inequalities, interpreting solutions within the context (A.6E).
These are the same guided notes we use in class—perfect for staying organized or catching up after an absence.
They may be worksheets or textbook problems, depending on the topic. Check back regularly to stay on track—no early access to homework! The expectation is if you do not finish this in class you are finishing it at home!
💡 Remember: Always attempt the work on your own before checking the answers. These keys are here to support your learning—not replace it!
