Zoom
Zoom is a video communications web-based tool and app. It is often used for video and audio conferencing from remote sites to hold webinars and online meetings. It can also be useful for creating recordings in ways similar to those that were shown using the QuickTime app here.
Creating your zoom account and managing the settings is rather simple. Just visit zoom.us in a web browser and click sign up. Be sure to use your school @loomiswolves.org email address as we are getting some increased privileges within zoom during this time. You can follow the google slides below or the video to help you with editing some of your settings right from the start.
Scheduling and setting up zoom meeting is shown in the video to the right. As you can see you can edit some of the settings during meeting setup. It is also easy to share the meeting link with your participants.
