This tool is designed to be used to lock students into a specific testing url. It is similar to the Study Sites but limited to a single specific url. It can be used for online testing and preventing students from leaving the specified test site url to search out answers. Follow the steps below to set up and begin use of this tool.
This tool is designed to be used to lock students into a specific testing url. It is similar to the Study Sites but limited to a single specific url. It can be used for online testing and preventing students from leaving the specified test site url to search out answers. Follow the steps below to set up and begin use of this tool.
- Open the Safe Test tool by clicking on this choice.
- Type in or copy and paste the specific url of your online test into the Locked URL box.
- You can choose to release the Safe Test feature when class ends or set a specific duration for it that would release the feature before the class ends.
- Click the Apply Safe Test button to lock students into the given testing url.
- There is no slider toggle for this feature as it is applied or removed from within the Safe Test menu window.
