Quick Poll

This tool allows the teacher to quickly deliver and then view replies to a question to be sent to students devices. It can be used as an informal assessment tool to quickly check understanding of a concept. It might me used for a bell ringer or exit ticket type question. Follow the steps below to set up and begin use of this tool.

1. Open the Quick Poll tool by clicking on this choice.
2. Type in your question in the box provided and then choose Short Answer or Multiple Choice.
3. Depending on the above selection you may have to type in some answer choices for students to select from.
4. You can choose to have the poll end when class ends or put a duration of time on the quick poll to complete it before the class time session ends.
5. Click the Apply Quick Poll button to deploy your question to the students devices.
6. You can view your Quick Poll questions and responses by clicking on the View History button in the upper right hand corner.
