iPad as Scanner
There are several apps that make use of the camera on your iPad essentially making it a scanner so that you can create digital files from a paper copy. Below are a few ways in which you can do this.
The Notes app which is native to your iPad has built in scanning abilities. All you need to do is create a new note and then use the + sign at the bottom right to choose Scan Documents. You can then use the Share icon at the top right to send that Note with the scanned images through an email, to Google Drive, or other connected applications or services.
