Jurassic Term 2
In term 2 Jurassic class will be focusing on our PYP theme of 'How we express ourselves'. We will be thinking about the ways we have communicated in the past compared with how we communicate now. We will be thinking about the ways in which we all communicate individually and our own preferred methods of communication to express ourselves. Our story in English will focus on Beegu, a lost alien, and her struggles to communicate with the world around her.
At the start of the term, we learnt about the significance of Remembrance Day. We discussed how we pay tribute to, or remember people who have done good things for us. We created our own poppy art using tissue paper.
Look at our fabulous new library! We have been visiting Stefan, our librarian, in the library every Thursday morning. There are so many spaces to sit and share stories, we really enjoy coming here.
