Contractors are responsible for starting and stopping time tracking when actively performing contracted services.
The Time Keeping Tool and Password Reset Form can be accessed on the Time Keeping page in Care Hub and Ops Hub.
Use your assigned @konsciousketo email address to access the Time Keeping Tool.
For initial access, complete the Password Reset Form.
Make sure you are using your assigned @konsciousketo email address when submitting entries on the form.
Once submitted, your password will be updated immediately and can be used to log in right away.
⚠️ Important: The Password Reset Form is not only for first-time setup. You can also use it anytime you need to change or update your password.
To begin tracking your time while performing contracted services:
Go to the Activity Selection dropdown menu.
2. Select Start Work
3. Click the Start Activity button.
⚠️ Important: Simply selecting an activity from the dropdown will not start tracking your time. You must click the Start Activity button to begin any activity.
Selecting Start Work will automatically track your time under Productive Time, which is the default activity for the Customer Support Team.
After starting work, select the specific task you are working on to ensure accurate productivity tracking.
Example for Operations Support team members:
Address Correction
Refunds for Returns
Daily Order Review
Selecting the correct task is required for proper productivity reporting.
At the end of your contracted work period:
Go to the Activity Selection dropdown.
Select End Work.
Click the Start Activity button.
This will stop time tracking for your work.
