When an SMS comes in, a Slack notification is sent to address-corrections-kk channel. We can either reply within JustCall or Slack.
Initial SMS from Ops Support are done through JustCall SMS messaging system.
Customer replies received in JustCall are forwarded to the Slack channel, and if we reply to the thread under that notification, it sends as an SMS response to the customer.
Important Note: Whatever we reply to the thread will be sent to the customer, so be careful and make sure internal communications are sent separately and not within the thread.
