When assisting customers, it is important to locate their order quickly and accurately. The following steps and approved search methods will help you retrieve orders efficiently across our platforms. Using these identifiers ensures faster, more precise results and helps prevent duplicate or incorrect account searches.
Open the Apps section located on the Right Panel in Zendesk where the Shopify App is installed.
You will see all orders under the email address used by the customer on the Konscious All Brands Shopify Store.
Click the order that matches the customer’s concern to view the order details.
Tip: You can pin the app to easily access it from the Zendesk Right Panel.
If the order is not visible in the Right Panel, use the following identifiers to locate the order across platforms:
Full Name - All Shopify stores, all SamCart marketplaces, Jetpack
Email Address - All Shopify stores, all SamCart marketplaces, Jetpack
Domainless Email Address (e.g., crystal.barile) - All Shopify stores
Phone Number - All Shopify stores
Order Number - All Shopify stores, all SamCart marketplaces, Jetpack
Shipping Address - Jetpack
If all resources have been utilized and the order still cannot be found, send the Order Location macro to the customer.
